Your social value answer is out of date on 1 January.
Central government is changing how it scores social value. Bid-Ready for January rewrites your answer to the new model before it counts against you.
Fixed price. Delivered within 10 working days.
The change
From 1 January 2027, central government tenders will score social value on two outcomes: good jobs and skills.
Most answers written before this change will score poorly. Charity days and generic pledges no longer fit the model.
What you get
- A review of your current answer against the new model
- A rewritten answer built around the six things buyers will score
- A bank of your own commitments and evidence, ready for future bids
- One round of edits, delivered within 10 working days
Why me
I have spent more than fifteen years in procurement. I have sat on the buyer's side of the table and scored these answers.
I know what earns marks and what gets skipped.

Questions
What do I need to send you?
Your current social value answer, any evidence you hold, and details of the tender you are preparing for. You send these within 3 working days of signing.
When do I get it back?
Within 10 working days of receiving everything. You then have one round of edits.
How do I pay?
By BACS invoice. Work starts once payment is received. You sign a one-page engagement letter before we begin.
Not sure you need it?
Take the free five-question readiness check. It takes two minutes and tells you where your answer stands. Take the check.
Can you guarantee a win?
No one honestly can. The buyer's evaluation is outside my control. What I can do is make sure your answer is built for the model it will be scored on.
The rules have changed. Your answer should too.
